J.D. Turns 2!

Saturday Kyle met up with his Loyola friends at the Jump Zone to celebrate J.D.'s 2nd birthday. This place is really a hidden gem. There were these GINORMOUS blow-up jump zones EVERYWHERE. So cool. Ky had a great time crawling on all the bouncy floats and enjoyed some delicious pizza afterward. Hope you had a great birthday, J.D.

Park!

Today was really the first glimpse of spring we've got this year. It was a beautiful day. After visiting Dzia, Kyle and I headed straight to the park. We hadn't been there since he was 4 months old. He loved the swings, and when Chris met us there later on, he had fun going through the tunnel and down the slide with Dadadadada.

Won't You Be My Neighbor?

For the past two months, Dzia has been residing in the nursing home right down the block from us. Since it was so nice out this afternoon, Ky and I decided to take a stroll on over to see what he was up to. Boo was their visiting, as well, so the four of us hung out in the common room and watched "ellen".

Wisconsin Adventures

Well, I guess this is my "spring" break, so Kyle, Amy, and I drove up to visit Liz, Dave, and Thomas. Thomas will be 2 mid April, so he and Kyle had fun playing with all of his trains, tools, and other cool toys that made noise (or, in Kyle's case, those that could be put in his mouth and gnawed on). Lix is expecting her second baby at the end of June, so Kyle gave Thomas a lot of good practice. "BAY-BEE" "BAY-BEE" Thomas would declare, point at Kyle or one of Kyle's bottles or toys, and smile. He was very helpful with getting Ky in and out of his car seat, and will make a wonderful brother very soon.
