The Votes are In!

Yesterday - November 6, 2012 - was Election Day, so Kyle and I headed out early to get in line at the polls. It took us about 45 minutes to get through the line, and the entire time we were there, one old lady after another came up and complimented me on how beautiful my little girl was! After about a million corrections, I just started responding with a half smile and a "Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks". I know they all meant well, and were just so happy to see a little one out at the polls, but Kyle was wearing his "Mommy's Little Man" shirt ... you can't get any more manly than that for a 5 month old ;) When we got home I let him wear my "i voted" sticker for a while, and made another one just for some photo fun to help us remember the day.

Barack Obama won the election and will be the President of the United States for the next four years of Kyle's childhood ;)
