Let's Hit the Road, Jack ...

Well, today's Chickie's official due date, and Chickie is officially not here yet :( He or she is 40 weeks and the size of a jackfruit (whatever that may be). Chris and I want to thank everyone for all of the emails and texts we've received this week! It means a lot to us to know that everyone is just as excited about Chickie as we are.

Today also marks my last day of work until November 26th! I'm so looking forward to spending this time off with family and friends. Chickie, get here as soon as you can so we have as much time together as possible.

On a side note it is probably a good thing Chickie is going to be a little late. My aunt works at the hospital where we are delivering, and she said that yesterday they were all out of labor room beds and mother/baby beds due to sooooo many births. Chickie must know I definitely want one of those big rooms all to my self! What a thoughtful babe :)
