Anniversary Dinner

Chris and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary on July 10th with a dinner out at RPM Italian, a relatively new restaurant in the River North area owned by Bill and Giuliana Rancic. The menu reminded us of tapas style dining, only with Italian dishes. Basically your party orders a bunch of small plates ("cicchetti") and shares them around the table. We ordered provolone stuffed peppers, white figs with gorgonzola, walnut and saba, prime beef meatballs, handmade cavatelli (pork and beef ragu), maine lobster ravioli, and donuts with nutella for dessert. Yum, yum, yum! Everything was delicious. The only problem was that (as with tapas places), we were filled when we left the restaurant, but hungry later!
