It's Party Time!

Saturday's weather was PERFECTION. We couldn't have asked for a better day. The kids had a ball on the playground, Kyle included. Thanks to everyone for coming out to celebrate with Kyle! You're only one once ;)

Preppin' to Party!

This past Saturday, June 8th, we celebrated Kyle's 1st birthday with friends and family at the park district. One of his favorite books to chew on is The Very Hungry Caterpillar ... thus the inspiration for Ky's big day ;) Much thanks to Gramma and Nana for helping with the prep.

Zoo Run!

Last Sunday, Chris, Erin, Amy, and I ran the Lincoln Park Zoo 5K. It was raining, but we finished, wet and all. Sometimes the only reason I think Chris agrees to run races is for the post-race brunch ;) Can't say I blame him. Pancakes are highly motivating.
