Swinging into Spring (At Last!)
Today, Kyle and I visited Dzia, GG, and our old neighborhood park in Morton Grove .. the trip definitely seemed to bring back memories for Ky. He sure loves those swings :)
Spring Break! (Days 6 and 7)
Last Friday and Saturday we spent time as a family at the Keylime Cove Water Park in Gurnee. Kyle enjoyed the water slides, lazy river, and buckets that filled and emptied on cue. He also had fun coloring in the little art center, riding race cars in the arcade, and eating yummy food (think pizza, pasta, and yes, even a little ice cream :/).
Spring Break! (Day 4)
Chris took off last Wednesday through Friday. Wednesday, we spent the morning at the Kohls' Childrens' Museum in Glenview. Kyle had a fun time. His favorite exhibit - the water one of course :)
Picking Up Daddy!
Now that the weather is getting a little nicer, Kyle and I have enjoyed meeting Daddy half-way between our house and the train on Chris's way home from work.
Spring Break! (Day 3)
Cubs Opening Day! Kyle, Grammy Mimi, Auntie, and I pre-gamed with a trip to the park. Monday was by far the nicest day - weather wise - last week, and we took full advantage. Around noon we headed back home for pizza, baseball (and a little Frozen by request). The low-point of the day: Cubs lose 1-0 in the 10th ... bummer!

Another afternoon at the park, followed by a little magazine pasting project ...
